Looking for roomies in an exclusive and private residential condo in Tanjong Rhu! The 3 BR

unit is on the mezzanine floor and is surrounded by greenery -- each room has a window

view to trees and plants, making it great to wake up to!

I stay in the master’s bedroom and am looking for professionals (no gender, age limitation) to

stay in the 2 other bedrooms. We’ll share the living, dining room and kitchen. The 2 rooms

will be sharing a bathroom. The unit is one of a few which opens up to a patio which is great

for chilling out after a work day.

The condo, Waterplace, has several swimming pools, a gym, a basketball court, a tennis court

and multiple bar-b- q pits and outdoor gazebos for hanging out. It also has an air-

conditioned management office where you can work if you don’t want to do so in the office.

Public transportation is very convenient: bus stop in front of the condo, the Stadium MRT is

10 minute walk, and there are private mini vans to the CBD during the peak hours.

2 neighborhood malls a 10 walk away; plus McDonald’s, KFC and the Old Airport road

hawker center nearby.



I’m in global marketing, go on business trips once in awhile. I enjoy hiking/biking/the

outdoors, and the occasional partying (not in the condo). I value quiet early in the morning

and late at night, privacy/pleasantness and respect when dealing with roommates, and enjoy

watching Netflix or listening to my playlist to chill at night.

Bigger room is SGD1,500 ; smaller room is 1,300 which covers utilities, a weekly helper,

and wifi. But if we like each other that much, we can negotiate.
