The nearest MRT stations are Aljunied and Paya Lebar, both about 10 mins walk away. There are also good bus connections from Geylang Road and Sims Avenue. There is a small NTUC supermarket very close by. Larger supermarkets can be found at Geylang East Central (NTUC and Giant) and the 1KM mall (Cold Storage) both just a few minutes drive away.

The apartment would suit professional couples or families who value space and privacy above facilities such as swimming pools and gyms, and is conveniently situated between Changi Airport and downtown Singapore; both are easily reachable by expressways and public transport.
