Minimax is an investment on undivided share of Hotel unit on Harbour City Premier Resort , meaning to said purchaser can buy a share of hotel unit and enjoy the return.
But purchaser don’t own the unit, just a share of hotel unit, after 5 years purchaser will get back their principal amount which is the RM 30,000 invested
and a 20% bonus of RM 30,000 is RM 6,000,
every yearly purchaser getting 6% on
RM 30,000 which is RM1,800,
total 5 years will get RM9,000.
So grand total purchaser will get RM15,000 for the whole investment.
